These Terms of Service will govern your access to and use of TrueKitten, the verified marketplace connecting buyers with ethical Maine Coon breeders, operated by NorthPeak Software, Inc.

Final terms will cover account responsibilities, listings and offers, on-platform payments and the buyer-protection and fee-reversal guarantees, breeder verification, prohibited conduct, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability.
